PLACING ORDERS ONLINE
A purchase agreement between the Seller and Buyer is concluded once the Buyer confirms the order and receives an email titled “Order Confirmed.” From this point, the prices and terms of sale become binding.
Order Process:

Select the desired product and quantity and click “Add to Cart.” Repeat for additional products. Proceed to “Checkout” once ready.

Enter delivery information and select from available shipping and payment options. Estimated delivery dates will be provided. Finalize the order by clicking “Complete Purchase.”
Upon submission, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you will receive an email summary including product details, usage instructions, and guidance for returns or complaints.
All personal information provided during checkout will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please note that your final purchase total (including shipping and any applicable fees) will be charged after order confirmation. You will be notified of any additional charges in advance.
PRICING, PAYMENT METHODS & PROMOTIONS
Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order and remain in effect until further notice.
Note: This online store is intended solely for retail customers (B2C). We do not support B2B transactions or issue invoices to legal entities. No invoice changes from personal to company names are permitted after purchase.
For B2B purchases (minimum order €5000 + VAT), please contact our wholesale department by email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery fees are not included in the product prices. Shipping options (standard or express) and corresponding costs are displayed during checkout.
Express delivery is prioritized for processing and packaging. Total cost breakdown is visible before completing your purchase.
For cash on delivery, the shipping fee will be collected by the courier.
For card or PayPal, the shipping fee is included in your payment.
Orders will be delivered to the address you provided. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. In case of high demand or service delays, delivery times may be extended.
Couriers typically deliver before noon. If unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery fails again, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Refunds for undelivered prepaid orders are processed within 8 business days of return confirmation.

Use of our products may carry risks. By purchasing or using them, you acknowledge and accept potential hazards, including risk of injury or death. Always read and follow instructions carefully.

Karessa Fashion disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from misuse or correct use to the fullest extent permitted by law. If legal claims are made, our liability is limited to three times the product’s market value.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order—no justification needed.
This right applies only to individuals purchasing for personal use. To cancel, notify us via your delivery provider or contact our support team.
